IP - 173.254.204.80
Port - 80
APN - rcomnet / smartnet

For Downloading Change Your Phone Settings To:-
IP - 84.23.73.205
Port - 80
APN - rcomnet / smartnet


Surfing Process:

Nw with these setting, u can browse in uc. open uc it won't get initialize. May give connection faild error. Bt don't worry open any site .it'll browse smoothly.

Downloading Process:

Surfing settings won't work for downloading and vice versa. For downloading go to Menu->File->Downloads->Menu->Downloads->New task
And then put the copied download URL in download manager and press OK. You're done.
OR
during surfing settings download any file,it will download 31byte.then change settings to download.then restart that download from download manager.it will start download..you"re done...
