1.First of all Visit - http://survey-remover.com/bookmarklet/
2. The easiest way to use bookmarks (and bookmarklets) in Chrome, is via the "bookmark bar". If you already have this bar, skip to step 2.
Click on the spanner (top right) and in the "Bookmarks" menu, select: "Always show bookmarks bar".
3.Click and hold the link above that says: "XJZ Survey Remover". Drag your mouse into the bookmarks bar and then let go of the left click.
4.Although the bookmarklet is now saved, it's nice to name it. Right click on the bookmarklet you've just created and then click "Edit...".
5.Give the bookmarklet a suitable name. Once you're finished, press "OK".

6.On pages with surveys, click on the bookmarklet to run the XJZ Survey Remover
